JCC Facilities | Koret Center for Health & Fitness

The JCC's carefully maintained facilities sprawl across 87,000 square feet in a unique campus-like environment. Along with the intimate 500 seat Hoytt Theater, library, gallery, youth and adult centers, and our thriving Early Childhood Education center for young children, we also feature a state-of-the-art, newly refurbished Health & Fitness Center. Given our spacious heated indoor and outdoor pools, equipment-rich training centers, three exercise studios, gymnasium, spa, saunas and steam room, it's no wonder the Center was voted Best Health Club in 2007 by readers of Marin's Pacific Sun.

Newly renovated in Feb. of 2007, this beautiful new light-filled atrium connects to a multi-media classroom and gallery. This space can be three separate rooms or opened up to one large space for community celebrations.

Mangia/Nosh Cafe

Mangia/Nosh features a dazzling array of heart-healthy dishes, tasty soups, salads and sandwiches, coffee drinks, desserts... and much more. Enjoy! Cardio Wave™
We’re currently the only fitness center in Marin with the new Techogym Cardio Wave cardiovascular workout equipment. Cardio Wave uses a unique multiplanar motion, similar to rollerblading or skiing, to tone and strengthen the glutes and core, using a three-dimensional approach to increase balance and stability with a variety of dynamic programs and workout positions.

Fitness Testing Equipment:

MicroFit ™
Computer-controlled MicroFit fitness assessments give you professional reports with immediate, accurate and personalized feedback to help create individualized improvement programs and track fitness progress. The program is used for precisely measuring of weight, body fat, blood pressure, heart rate, flexibility and strength.

Metabolic Testing
This new program is as an integral tool for weight management. It tests an individual’s resting metabolic rate in order to determine the best nutrition and exercise program for maintaining or losing weight.
