Our renovation has resulted is greatly expanded workout areas
with all new state-of-the-art equipment and a full complement of free
weights.
Additional upgrades include the Family Changing Zone with a large changing room designed for parents and their children,
upgraded community locker rooms, disabled changing rooms, and a new Rejuvenation Zone featuring relaxing massage
and personal one-on-one training services.
Other improvements include the totally refurbished indoor pool, an additional
group fitness studio, dedicated spin and yoga studios, with expanded
group fitness classes.

Cardio Wave™
We’re currently the only fitness center
in Marin with the new Techogym Cardio Wave cardiovascular
workout equipment. Cardio Wave uses a unique multiplanar
motion, similar to rollerblading or skiing, to tone and strengthen the
glutes and core, using a three-dimensional approach to increase balance
and stability with a variety of dynamic programs and workout positions.
New Fitness Testing Equipment
Microfit™
Fitness assessments will provide professional reports with immediate,
accurate and personalized feedback to help create individualized improvement
programs and track progress. The program will be used for the precise
measurement of weight, body fat, blood pressure, heart rate, flexibility
and strength.

Metabolic testing System
A simple, 10-minute breath test will be used to test an individual’s
resting metabolic rate to help determine the best nutrition program
for weight management.
