Fitness Testing Equipment
TRX® suspension® training

The TRX® Suspension training® harnesses your own bodyweight to
create resistance as you train and can be used to perform a wide
variety of exercises at variable intensities, thus accommodating almost
any fitness level.

Metabolic Testing System
A simple, 10-minute breath test will be used to test an individual’s resting metabolic rate to help determine the best nutrition program for weight management.
$80 Members / $100 Public
MicroFit™
Fitness assessments will provide professional reports with immediate, accurate and personalized feedback to help create individualized improvement programs and track progress. The program will be used for the precise measurement of weight, body fat, blood pressure, heart rate, flexibility and strength.
