About Patrick Galvin

Patrick Galvin is a San Francisco-based violinist who performs regularly across the United States and abroad. His 2023 performances have included selections from his 2021 album of solo violin repertoire, entitled Violin Alone and an Australian tour of his show, Romance to Ruin, with pianist Jennifer Hou. Other recent projects include Dear Camilla, a narrative duo program that commemorates the legendary violinist Camilla Wicks, Patrick’s former teacher, on whose instrument he now performs. Patrick also enjoys teaching, both at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and the Coleman Violin Studio in Seattle, WA.
